Very small, very thin walls, apartment smelled like mold and the last straw was a bullet coming through one of our walls.

Me and may daughter have been living in this place for over 9 months and we like it. It's quiet and clean. Alex, at the landlord office, is being so kind and helpful, he always answers my questions and solves any inconvenience that we've had, and because he speaks Spanish, it's even better for me and for the Hispanic community and the communication is so much easier between each other. I have no words to thank him for his support and understanding.

I just moved into my apartment at Dwell @ Hollywood and I am more than satisfied with my new space!! I was a little skeptical because of the way the year has gone thus far (#yearofcorona), it is the perfect blend of quiet, calm, clean.. but still has the youthful energy that the city of Atlanta brings.. from the inside of the apartment to the area surrounding it!!! I am please!! Thank you to the leasing agent Alex Chávez for being patient with me!!!! And being sooo very helpful 🙂
