I currently live there and just moved in on July 1st 2021 from Orlando Florida. Right now September is approaching and already killed about 10 to 11 humongous cockaroaches!!! Yes, that's right. The ones you would normally find in Florida since over there is known for the wildlife. Me and my small son lived in a small one bedroom in Florida for over 7 years and only killed maybe about 3 cockaroaches. We just moved into Atlanta GA for almost 3 months now and I am ready to move out now!!!

I am a current resident. There is nothing bad to say about this property. Especially since I chose to live here; it was not by force or out of desperation or lack of options. I have been in atlanta about 11 years and lived in neighborhoods all over the city and metro area, and I have never felt more comfortable than I am at this property. It doesnt have all the thrills and extras some ppl find to be a necessity. Between my upbringing and budget, I dont need glitz and glamour, but I do need a nice, clean, comfy and quiet place to call home and this is it. I have all the basics and I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a home to be proud of without breaking the bank. There is monthly pest control and landscaping, trash never overflows, always quiet, low kid traffic, fixed monthly water bills, very convenient location close to downtown and everything else you may need access to. The property has less than 60 u units and there are rarely vacancies. My air and heat have worked like a charm, the water gets super hot every single time I need it to and my appliances were new upon move in. Maintenance is thorough and responds in a timely fashion. There is only one office employee for the entire complex so be patient and give her a break. She will get back to you and take care of you. Go ahead and move here, come home.

False advertising. Needs to be renovated. Roach infested. Air conditioning system broke down for weeks at a time. Horrible experience.
