I have been trying to reach out about applying to this complex multiple times everyday this week and have not been able to get through to anyone. I have called multiple times a day and sent emails and have not gotten any responses. The website does not allow me to look at unit availability, pricing, or even send in an application. I am unsure how anyone is able to lease at this complex.

I've asked to be emailed a virtual tour 2x over the course of this week and have yet to receive it. So frustrating to feel like I'm wasting my time in reaching out. Management office failed to return my call, it's genuinely so upsetting.

Old management was better, new management will not see you issues resolved until its convenient for them - they're also only in the office maybe 3 days out the week. Will have landscape come in at 7am sometimes. I also had my heating/cooling unit down for upwards of 2 months before it got resolved, still had to pay full rent as they failed to get it working properly. Monica, the lady at the front credited me for rent so that was great, and the location is close to everything else so thats a plus.

This is not a safe area to stay. I recently came home around 1am. Since there is no security gate, any one can hang around the area. I was walking to my apartment and a man tried robbing me with a knife. no apartment is worth my life. I’ll be looking for somewhere else to stay with better security!
