During this tumultuous period in my life, I will have to file a small claim in court due to a frustrating experience with a rental application. Initially, I received verbal approval from Jerrhonda, or however her name is spelled, only to be denied later. Despite meeting all requirements except income, I was denied because my job's income, although supplemented by a scholarship refund, fell short of the threshold. Even though my credit score was above the requirement, I was told that I'd only need to pay an extra fee if my credit score was "janky." After being denied in late March, I was promised a refund within 30 days. Despite numerous calls and emails seeking assistance, I have yet to receive any details about the refund. The company has been unresponsive and hesitant to provide information, even after promising to expedite my refund by Monday, May 6, 2024. I urge others to beware of this company's misleading promises and unhelpful practices

I never really leave reviews but i HAVE to leave one because my move in process was top tier thanks to JERRONDA!! everything was quick and easy i literally got approved in less than 24 hours and moved in the following week . thanks to jerronda once again .
