The Rocca

Ive lived here since June 2021 and Ive loved it. Megan in the leasing office is amazing! Shes so proactive and kind and her voice gives you a sense of calm when you call the office. Shes so welcoming and one of the reasons why my stay here has been so positive! Im only taking one star away because its sometimes inconvenient to have to go all the way down to get your guests since they cant access the elevator without a fob, however everything else is great.

This has hands down been the best experience I've had moving into an apartment community. Megan was excellent and was super patient and thorough throughout the move in process. Highly recommend this community. The team in friendly, efficient, responsive and goes above and beyond to make sure whatever I need is taken care of. Location is super convenient, no more that 10-15 minutes to anything you would need!

We moved here in the middle of July and it is now March and there have been nonstop renovations. When we moved in the apartment was not ready for us. Closet was missing doors, light switches were missing, outlets were missing the borders. Waking up for the past couple of months to drilling outside of the window is extremely inconvenient and noisy. Maintenance takes a couple days to fix problems. Im honestly just ready to move its too noisy with all of the construction they are doing outside of our window. Plus I was told that the renovations wouldve been done a month ago.

Megan McCorkle, Resident Specialist, is a gem! I was searching for a new luxury apartment and the Rocca was a one stop shop! Megan was personable, extremely knowledgeable of the properties, detailed (I graciously appreciated), friendly with all residents who crossed our path, prompt and made my application process quite seamless. Her grade A customer service skills are unmatched!

I would like to thank the resident leasing consult Ms Meagan for her diligence and support while I was going through the approval process. She exemplified true professionalism and the 3 main attributes of a great employee which are Care, Concern and Commitment. I really appreciate the Rocca and its staff.
