Fulton Supply Lofts

I absolutely love Fulton Supply Lofts. In fact, I love this building so much I moved away (only because I had to) and came back as soon as I could. Eboni the property manager is great. She is kind, very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. The building itself is quite unique and definitely gives an industrial chic, loft, feel. Residents are polite and quiet. I greatly enjoy the neighborhood and all of the amenities it has to offer.

I definitely recommend checking out this space! They did a beautiful job restoring and converting it into apartments and especially the windows in these units cannot be beat. Eboni, the property manager, is awesome and super responsive.

We went to visit this property and were totally AMAZED! We had lots of questions about the property and neighborhood. Eboni was very responsive through both email and phone. She arranged for us to see the 2 bedroom unit by ourselves ensuring minimum contact, safety, and cleanliness due to COVID. We also liked that we were able to take our time looking at the unit and didn’t feel rushed. This is definitely one of our top three places!

appealing/vintage atrium, quick response to property issues and other concerns, not too noisy, residents of diverse ethnics, welcoming & proficient property manager (Eboni), cameras for security, storage spaces, working elevator, ground level private parking is tight in regards to most spaces (entering/leaving) & public parking can fill up pretty fast especially on days of events, no Airbnb
