Great service; The guy at the counter was friendly and patient as I tried on several pairs of shoes before finding the right fit.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. MSRP is a bit high, but sales can be extremely good. Last trip I purchased a dress for 80%+ off.

Pricey and not a big selection

Torrid is a brand worth caring about. The staff and the customers are all lovely and you walk out feeling empowered to live your best life.
