        Why does this store close at 7:30 when North Point mall is open until 8pm? The manager did not let us try on cloths at 7:15pm b/c they were getting ready to close. The manager was extremely rude and clearly does not understand the meaning of customer service. Working in retail means you should work with the customer to make a sale. If I could give this store less than 1 star I would!

        Worst customer service . Bought a dress left the store for one minute , went back to ask to replace the dress for exact dress size and color ,. The store manager their was so rude and left me talking to my self and even threatened to call security because i kept arguing that its not fair that she is not replacing a dress that i just bought minute ago.. worst place to buy dresses .

        Awesome customer service! Had a great experience at this location shopping for my daughter's 8th grade dance. All of the ladies went over and beyond to help us and my daughter left feeling like a princess! Thanks a million!
