If I could give this place a zero I would! The customer service here is horrible and that manager named Jasmine had the worst attitude and demeanor! Ive tried to shop at this store several times but her attitude makes me not want to ever shop at this location again

This location is closing in January 2024, which is not mentioned on the website. So they cant do returns in store anymore (even though it is listed as such on the website). Now Ill either have to drive 40 minutes one way to make a return or pay for return shipping.

Horrible customer service came to buy a gift card and the workers were just sitting around one was on his phone and I was told they don't have gift cards at that but they have them at every other location Highly unbelievable

Absolutely terrible customer service, especially for a childrens store. We drove from a distance to come to this store and although there were still customers in the store and 4 staff the door was locked. Posted closing time is 8pm, upon pushing the staff, the manager, told us their closing time was 7, however, by now its 6:54pm. How is a store closing whenever they feel like especially when not posted for customers. I worked for the company some years and we never closed before time and never treated customers in this manner. We ultimately got what we needed, but it was such an uncomfortable situation I wouldnt want to go into that store if these same people are present. Shameful. I Hope the company chooses not to keep any of these people once the store closes.

The Gentleman that works in store is very disrespectful & judgmental few days ago also a lady work today was rude! They DONT greet anymore at this store nor ask if you need help/finding everything alright.
