Clothes are the usual low-quality items, it is what it is. However, the new low point is the fact that their fitting rooms close an hour earlier than the store, now you'll be forced to return if the purchase doesn't fit. Combined with a disgruntled employee without a problem to raise her voice at you, you got a fine establishment! I rarely go to this brand of store, now they have just made it easier for me to never put a foot in it again.

OMG , the staff (one lady) is crazy no customer service or respect of any kind. I understand you might have a bad day but that doesn't mean you can start a Rant/Yell/Shout just because we kept our clothes on the couch that was blocking the fitting room. My husband and I went to the store and we went there and selected a few clothes to try but when we went to the fitting room it was closed so w.e kept his clothes on the couch that was blocking the fitting room This rude staff just came and asked us if we kept it there and just started yelling/ranting about it so bad so bad. Never coming back again there is no shortage of places to go and shop from.But you just lost yourself few customers. So bad man so bad.

This is a story that must be said, I visited this store to buy work trousers, I didnt order online ONLY because I was not sure on the size went there to try two sizes. And the lady in fitting room starts shouting that the fitting room is closed!!! I look at the time and its 3 hours before closing time!!! I was confused, I asked her why? And she came up to me, and says its closed! I said why? And she is like why? Why? Because my manager told me to close, and start gathering people clothes and complaining about people being lazy and not bringing out their cloths and throwing clothes aggressively on the counter and whispering: she asks why why! What you mean why!!! (Manager told me they are short staffed and she has to close the fitting room and she apologized) Now I have a question is it a normal thing to close the fitting room while the store is open?!? Because besides the corona time I have never seen this! Was my question disrespectful? Did I asked a question so out of place to receive this reaction?!? Im just disappointed with the service now a days, I worked in retail I know how tiering it can be and I quit!!! PLEASE QUITE IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB!!! We cant treat people like this, H&M is a respected retailer all over the world dont play with their reputation. (Long story short I ordered online and its small, even though I sized up.had to make a return)
