        I took back my rental car to the Nebraska and Hillsborough location (Tampa) and there were 2 girls working the front desk. I asked if one of them could give me a ride 2 miles down the street...but they told me NO...they said they would rather finish the conversation they were having. I thought Wow...that is amazing ...worst customer service experience ever. So I walked 2 miles to where I bought a car and went home.
