Budget Truck Rental

0 stars!!! Disgusting service and customer support. Even after reserving the cargo van 3 weeks prior, these guys told me that it will not be available for pick up, just one day before the actual pick up date. I had called them up multiple times for 4 days in a row and still they were not sure if I get the van or not. They did not even give me full information that van cannot be used for one way moving, which I got to know from some other vendor. Shame on you guys. Utterly ferocious experience. Will never book with them again.

We reserved a cargo van a month ago. I called in today (the day before our pickup) to double confirm our reservation only to find out that they don't have any cargo vans! THE DAY BEFORE OUR PICKUP! I should have taken their horrible Google reviews more seriously before.

Truck I rented driver door was sprung and while it latched ok the wind whistled through the gap around the door which did not seal. The calculations for my bill were wrong as they were charging me for more miles than I drove. After refiguring based on miles I actually drove I was given a price but it could not be corrected until the manager came in. After the manager calculated my bill it was more than the figure I had been quoted. Reason was tax had not been include. FWe have a 71\2% sales tax and approximately $$14 was added to my bill that was just over $100, I guess I am old and can't do the new math. I will not use you again.
