Enterprise Rent-A-Car

No issues with my one week rental. Easy with no line and no hassle. I forgot the name of the the gentleman that works there but he was fast and efficient. Definitely 5 stars

Big fat waste of time. Reserved a car in advance, even called ahead to make sure the car was ready (he lied that it was). Go to pick it up - the car wasn't there. Another car was there but it needed an oil change (vacant oil change pit right there). Moronic clerk ignored us for an hour. Finally wound up driving all the way to Gainesville after he threw us out .

The company motto Well Pick You Up ! I use this branch for one ways when flying into either Tampa or Orlando. There is literally zero ground transportation in this area,Uber,Lyft.etc. They will not give you a ride home when you drop the vehicle off. They will always put their needs firs,refuse to give you a lifetime home 10 minutes away and leave you stranded at their branch. I have used them several times,given them 2nd and 3rd chances and they continue to lie to me. I continue to use them there is no other choice and continue to play dumb when I deal with Joe their employee.I am a 25 year Enterprise Plus Member,risk assessment specialist. I travel year round deal with airlines,hotels,airbnbs. This area of Florida deserves better. They lie,say they dont have a driver,theyre short staffedetcThis is a somewhat rural area. People generally do not rent a car unless their insurance company is paying for it while they their vehicle is being repaired at a local body shop. Enterprise Rent A Car has relationships with the shops and always shuttles customers to/from the shops. Anyone walking in off the street or doing a one way drop off is treated like a dumb kid,hillbilly from the tri-county area. What they dont know is there are folks like me who know shop owners,tow companies..This branch is managed by the Gainesville office. They have zero interest in the customer other than meeting the corporate minimum . Nothing worse than being lied to by these amateurs.Enterprise really is a great company but unfortunately this branch is nothing more than a poop stain in their pants. Prove me otherwise. Hope the regional manager reads this and does something to fix this.
