Treated me like garbage even after banking here for over 10 years. I keep my money with AMEX now as they have the best customer service. Chase should take notes.

Went in to transfer my business account to Chase. And also open up an account for savings and checking. But unfortunately I wasn't greeted correctly. The ladies in Chase have a very arrogant attitude and this completely turned me off as a business owner. I don't think this location understands the value of where it is and takes their customers seriously. Will be keeping my business somewhere else.

Just started an account with chase and I've been having trouble withdrawing money. Will be removing all monies and going with another bank. Do not recommend.

CUSTOMER NO SERVICE! Dont ever try reaching this bank by phone or the six or eight branches in the area because they will not answer the phone and then when you get shifted to the national number they need to call the branch to get information and they cant get through on the phone either! Warning will Robinson!
