This is by far the second worst bank in America. I have been a customer for 17 years and they have done nothing for me. And always look to charge as much in fees as possible. Take your money elsewhere. Regions sucks.

We visited the bank on a day when they were shorthanded but was given the option of making an appointment to be seen later. This was a very nice gesture by the teller and saved us from having to stand in line for a long time to see the person who could help us. We receive an appointment that same day and received excellent customer service. It is nice to know that there are some who still value their customers. We want to keep giving good reviews, so keep up the good work!
