This has been my parents Bank for decades and its like a family. The staff are always concerned and asking how they are. Recently Judith and Brandy helped us with some account matters and they went above and beyond with Customer Service. I appreciate their thoroughness and care

This is the worse bank for not EVER answering the phone ive tried for over 2 hrs no one picks up this is just today not counting other days

Used the ATM last week to try to take out $400 from our business checking account and the ATM said "ATM ERROR" and then "TRANSACTION CANCELLED" and never gave us our money. We checked our account online and the $400 still showed up as being withdrawn from the account. After calling customer service, we were told to wait til after the weekend and the money should post back into our account. Of course, that did not happen. So we went into the bank location and try to get the issue resolved. All we were told is that they would open an investigation and pending the investigation results, they would return the money within 13 days. So now, because of this awful bank and their outdated ATM, we are out $400 for who knows how long. Of course this had to happen right at the end of the month when we're supposed to pay our rent. This bank has given us one bad experience after another and we will most likely be closing our account after this ordeal. For anyone thinking about opening an account with this bank, I would recommend looking somewhere else unless you like having your money randomly taken out of your account and illegally withheld from you for indefinite periods of time.
