This branch has 2 1/2 stars for a reason! This is the worst branch ever makes Chase look horrible! Went to the bank to make a large deposit and the young male teller literally did not know how to use the money counter machine. He started depositing my money into a safe without even knowing how much money I gave him total, then had to reverse the transaction and take the money out to recount it. My money was spread all over the counter and he kept recounting it over and over because he had no idea what he was doing. Literally $300 on the dot was misplaced as I gave him mostly large bills. This teller was struggling, called the manager over and he did absolutely nothing! $300 unaccounted for. Should have left my money with the credit union. A teller who can't count, wow! Don't go to this bank go horrible, absolutely horrible!!
