Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Enterprise, Jacksonville, Fla on Phillips Hwy is a top shelf facility! I had to rent from this location because the one on Lem Turner screwed up my reservations. The staff on Phillips Hwy so easy to work with and was extremely always friendly, professional and genuine with the service they provided! My customer service experience was with Valerie. Thanks so much Valerie for making sure the kids and I had a safe and stress free vacation.

First red flag was when Anthony FORCED me to purchase OPTIONAL protection insurance. He told me I cannot rent the car without purchasing it. Then they refused to refund me for the protection (I have my own insurance) about 4-5 times before they finally refunded me. They stood up for Anthony like he didnt do it, and like Im a liar. Why would I have bought it if I didnt have to and I know I have my own insurance? Just shady & rude. I could go on for days about this location but please just take your business elsewhere. They charged my friend over $1,000 for damages when you can clearly see the area was buffed out from previous damage. They were trying to say she covered it up but it was definitely there before she rented it.

After my last two experiences with enterprise and specifically this location, I will never use Enterprise for car rentals again. The last time I rented a vehicle for personal use, I was asked to sign the agreement without review and ended up being charged an additional $200+ dollars for additional fees that I would have declined had I been asked. Today I reserved a vehicle for 12pm pick up, this specific location closes at 12pm on Sundays, why is it even an option for customers to book at car at this time? This location is 15 minutes from where I live and upon leaving and looking up this location on google I came to know the location closes at 12pm to which I immediately tried getting in contact with someone at the office to let them know I was on my way to pick up the vehicle and would be there at 12pm. No one picked up my call, I could hear the phone line come off hold briefly several times while waiting however it was never answered and I continued to wait up until arriving at the location when they were locking up at 12pm. I spoke to the employee locking the door and told him that I had a reservation for 12pm and tried to call them to let them know I was going to be there at 12 which was my car pick up time to which he told me he could not help me and to call the Jacksonville airport location as my next resort. Unprofessional and unacceptable.
