I like the location, but I hate to do transaction with Jacklynn, she is always in a bad mood. I can clearly see that she does not like her job.
I hope management can talk with her about her attitude. You are not making a favor to me, I do a favor to WF and indirectly to this lady by bringing my business and transactions.
Got her name from the receipt transaction at 4/2/2024, 2:00 pm.

Slow employees. Need more people working there only 2 bankers available is ridiculous. People have other things to do than waiting in line for over 40 minutes.

My first time at this location meeting a friend to make a joint transaction! I just want to say that all the staff there were very nice and welcoming! I just want to let management know that there was a line of folks but they kept working away, we were called up by the next teller her name was Rosemary and she was the friendliest and most helpful young lady with answering all of our concerns and even helped us troubleshoot a problem while making our transaction! Thank you so much Rosemary!
