      image For nearly a year, I have been trying to facilitate one transaction with Wells Fargo and have had several road blocks in the way with only piecemeal information given at each encounter that has led to more and more disappointing visits at this location. It is incredibly frustrating, disheartening, and ineffective. The staff try to be nice - but honestly, the ineffectiveness of the whole 9+ month process outweighs any of that. I dont bank at WF personally - this is a separate transaction related to a deceased family member - but from my experience, I would never consider opening up a personal account here. Would never recommend.
