Turned off my business debit card over a transaction dispute leaving my business with no card to use for 7-10 business days until the new one arrives. Can't use digital wallet with many of my distributors or ACH. Was told to withdraw cash and buy pre paid gift cards for my ordering in the meantime. Wells Fargo does not care about small business.

The people that work here are kind, but if you are still banking with WF I highly recommend joining a credit union or getting a Schwabb Investor Checking account. Truly an abysmal company.

Weve been banking here for 6 years now. I cannot say enough about the excellent service we get at this branch. Everyone is super friendly and knows us by name. We now have 3 teens who have started first savings, then checking accounts. Every time, our experience has been special for them. Lucinda Baby Bell is a great banker, with a warm heart. In the days of online banking (which is nice), its still lovely to have a local branch that has friendly smiles, great service and knows small town faces.
