        This branch is one of the few that has a change counting machine and its been broke for at least 3 weeks now what a joke this branch is . I guess its time for a new bank

        The few times I've showed up to this location after 5:30. Its has been closed with security looking at me while the other employees conversate by the counter. I understand convenience for the employees is always a plus. I would think consistency an doing as advertised supercedes in that situation. What do I know I am just a customer?

        I had my account for 2 years and never had a problem untill I go in and the assistant manager wouldn't cash my checks from my job I had for years. I'm very disappointed because I never had to deal with this especially thru the tough times everyone is in. I went to first bank and they cashed my checks I closed my account with tcf I recommend for people to not bank with tcf if u need your cash cashed.
