love this branch! the service is always quick - in and out. If there is a line, the staff is very good at keeping it moving. The staff is so friendly and treats their customers respectfully/kind. I only wish their drive-thru was fully functional, I still dont understand how it works if it ever did but for the services I use, I can go in and out inside the branch that it isn't a huge inconvenience.

I was having a horrible day and nothing was going right. I needed to transact some business inside the Wells Fargo bank on Union Ave. I was totally unprepared with my papers, account numbers, etc.
I was helped by a teller named Heidi. She was so nice and patient with me it really calmed me down so i could explain what i needed. She handled my transaction like s real pro. She was very knowledgeable and even filled out some paper work for me. Wells Fargo management should realize Heidi is a real asset to their business.
