Avoid at all cost - i didn't even ask a question and they assumed an answer. FWIW they will request $150 to simply close an account.

I understand and experienced the negative reviews. However, I have experience them and worst at the top 3 American banks as I have personal and business accounts at there institution. I was caught off guard several months ago when the bank increased there wire transfer fraud protection procedure. The bank is a solid 4.5 small bank with deposits over $1 billion. They are publicly traded otc SLRK. Research yourself.

If you accidentally type in the wrong password for your online account, they'll block access to your account with no reset password option. Now I've been on hold on the phone for 10 min, no responses, can't speak to anyone, this is insane.
