        Id give zero stars if I could. My son lives at their apartments in Superior Colorado and has had maintenance issues ignored for 5+ months. He has taken off work to be home for scheduled appointments that they then dont show to. The office acts like they have no idea what hes talking about despite his almost daily trips to the office. They are condescending and dismissive. Its disgusting how they take advantage of people. Trash isnt picked up regularly. The front door is broken and has been for a while. These are just a few things. Dont rent from them ever!!!!!
