The Parc at Greenwood Village

I had a tour recently at The Parc and it was an amazing experience! I met with Brandin and Izzy and they were super accommodating as well as patient with all of the questions I had! They took their time and showed me how amazing the property is!

I had a fantastic experience living in this apartment. The layout was well-designed, and the space felt comfortable and inviting. The amenities were great, and the location was convenient. Overall, highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a wonderful place to live!

**PLEASE READ** I really truly did not want to make this review but people should know about the issues here before they are blowing 2-3k monthly on an apartment here. We have had so many issues since we moved here in 2022. -Refrigerator has broke (taken days to fix) -Hot water has broke (taken weeks to fix) -Hot water heater has broke (taken days to fix) -Gym is in a constant mess -Community Wi-Fi never works -hot tub is always broken -dog owners leave poop everywhere -dog park gets treated as a poop dumping ground -hallways are filled with trash and smell like weed - trash is constantly all over the community However, the cherry on top of it all is that my husband bike has been stolen on the property and most recently this weekend his car was stolen. For the price here and the so-called security you pay for I can tell you it is not worth it. You are much better off renting a home in the Denver area with the prices here. Honestly, thats not even everything, but trust me when I say it is not worth the money.

Lived at the Parc for over 2 years and was a great experience. Sean and Brandin are extremely helpful and understanding in the front office and the maintenance was always great to deal with. Would definitely recommend
