Greystar took over our apartment complex a few months ago. We are still having the same maintenance issues we had with the previous 2 companies. Nothing gets fixed but they say they completed the work and did nothing. Also I have been having an issue with my account since I signed my new lease. It is still showing a balance after repeated emails to try and get it removed.

Corporate scum that say is you die than you broke your lease and your family has to pay. This company takes advantage of bad situations in peoples lives and only guve out copy/pasted responses to everyone on reviews while only switching up a couple of words, they dont give a damn bout anyone, rhey only care about money, boycott this company

Horrible management company as well as using unsafe site practices and incompetent supervisors. This high horse management company needs to be humbled. The treat there contractors with no respect and expect freebees . Total jokes and corner cutters on the 5 sites I have worked on none have been adaquite.

Not sure how they are one of the top places to work. Must have a bunch of leaches working for them. Went through Credit fraud and getting that whole mess cleaned up. It doesn't hinder my ability to pay rent. Greystar seems to think so. Corrupted company making decisions based on a corrupted system. Nice.
