Chris and the team at Walters & Company have been great to work with. We greatly appreciate their communication and helpfulness with maintenance and upkeep for our rental! Collin was awesome with our maintenance request for fixing our ceiling fan issue, and downstairs fireplace. Thanks Collin! Michael and Jeremy were so efficient and communicative when they came to aerate the lawn. Thanks guys!

Have been renting from Walters and Company for 3 years and just renewed our lease for the 4th year. Never had any issues throughout that time. The maintenance guy Michael has done fantastic work and fixed any issues that arise quickly the few times we have had issues. He is super friendly and courteous when coming to work on things or doing the renewal inspections. Always a pleasure chatting with him and I appreciate the great work he does!

We choose to work with Walter's and Company renting our first property after vetting about 15 other property management companies. Our experience was very positive. First of all, Lizz the owner, is very knowledgeable and professional. You could tell she had far more experience than representatives from other companies we had worked with and had an in-depth knowledge of the rental market. Additionally, her company has more flexibility to be a great partner us being a smaller, family owner property management company. I would highly recommend working with Walter's and Co .

Jeremy came by this morning to fix a sink and the ice maker. He took the initiative to clear both sinks and the master toilet and did an excellent job. He found that there is a leek in the water linen and was unable to fix it but took the time to try and explained the problem to me. He was such a personable young main, friendly, accommodating and most professional. It's my first time having anyone from maintenance here since I moved in and I most impressed! Thank you for the exellent service!

Walters and Co has been hit or miss the 5 years Ive been renting with them. They are always quick to respond but some of the maintenance people were not very professional in the last. Lately this hasnt been the case and Im only writing this review because I want Walters to know they need to keep Jeremy on the maintenance team. He came for one issue and took care of a few other small things while he was here. He was upfront about his assessment on my plumbing issue and great explaining what I should do to help from things getting worse.
