While we understand this project was disruptive, it was a necessary improvement to the building, and we are sorry it impacted your experience. Providing a high-quality work environment is Granite’s top priority and we know the construction project was difficult and challenging. We worked hard to regularly share updates with all our customers so that everyone knew what to expect. We also tried to make accommodations where we could to minimize the impact to our customers. Over the past few years, Granite has evaluated the condition of the garage and identified necessary garage repair and maintenance issues. In order to fix them, we began a difficult (but needed) construction project on the garage earlier this year, which is scheduled to be completed this June. We understand that this has impacted your experience, and we’re so sorry about this inconvenience. Granite is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and we’ve made it a priority to communicate regularly with our customers about the construction.
