I wish there was a 10th Star for perfection because that's what I would give Michael and his staff at the Galansky Group for their continued support and search for excellence in all the services they provide. I have worked with Michael for 20 years, bought first home in 2000, bought and sold 2 others after that, just recently sold 3rd house and continue to use the broker services offered on a rental property I own. Michael and his staff know ALL the ins and outs of the profession and markets that are constantly changing. They even helped me understand and decide on financing options that were best for my situation and the market at any given time! When I say full service, I mean it. I know with 100% certainty that I a getting the best service, quality, value, on every service they provide. Sold the house for proper/high market value from another state where I was buying another house, renting my Colorado property to a wonderful and considerate tenant for long leases with minimal interaction from me, prompt detailed responses to every single silly question I have ever asked, and being a data analyst - there were a lot of silly questions. Michael has personally helped me be successful in life because of his knowledge and experience and passion for his profession. Because of this experience, I make the right decisions when buying, selling and renting and those are huge decisions in life to make. I thank him and his supporting staff so very much for their efforts on my behalf over the years, I would not be where I am today. The Galansky Group is TOP NOTCH and exceptional if everything they do. They are your real estate advocate and will help you every step of the way.
