        This is me and my spouses first experience living in an apartment, and it has been super smooth. The apartments are quiet and safe, the office team is great, especially Eric and Jason, and the maintenance crew and new groundskeeper, Mario, have been extremely helpful and kept the place clean and without issue. Thank you!

        My water heater went out and the next day a new one was installed. The property manager Stepanie and the team, Nick, Allen, Jose, Eric and Jason really care about residents and do everthing they can to make homes right. They really rock it....Thankyou to all of them....

        The management and maintenance staff is top drawer. My only dislike is what they call a CAM fee which allows the property management company to charge us for anything that is done on the property including landscaping, snow removal and appliance issues.

        Overall, I enjoy living at Timber Creek apartments, but my opinion of having service orders taken care of in a quick fashion has changed because I wait several weeks to get things fixed unless its a true emergency.
