I have been so upset, disappointed ,stressed with a situation that I am dealing with at this time by this apartment manager Lorraina Perez....ever since I lost my job during the epidemic of the COVID that effected me n my family it's been a struggle...I've been trying to do any job n every job to make money to be able to pay my rent n trying to raise 2my 2 Granddaughters ages 6 n 10but this month of October has been a struggle so I've gone to agencies n churches for help n there has been churches that have wanted to help me with 500 towards my rent but the landlord has refused to except the payment towards what I owe....she told the church she could not except partial payments which is to me refusing rent payment n making it difficult for me being able to pay my rent knowing that there are children needing this stability n structure n knowing their situation n why they live here with us....the yrs I've lived here I've seen people come n go due to her raising their rent outrageously n making it difficult for anyone to keep up with the monthly rent...I like living here because it's comfortable cozy n peaceful ....at this time I just don't know what to do because we fear of being another homeless statistic because of the landlords negative actions n not wanting to except partial payments to help get our rent paid....I hate giving this negative review but we need help so we don't be put out in the street with our 2 Granddaughters .....we are trying to pay what we owe but with the churches n agencies that are willing to help with these payments to be put towards our rent...

This is the worst place I have lived in the 20 years I have been living in apartments and houses across the United States. Take my advise. We contacted the Colorado Attorney General yesterday regarding Avery Belmar and ConAm property management.

ConAm doesn't answer their phone either, what a surprise.

Horrible service! The properties they manage are terrible! Good luck if you want to make any kind of complaint or report... They won't get back to me, and they obviously don't care.

It's been over 3 months and they haven't returned my deposit...
