Cannot tell you how much I really appreciate Tim Hamilton's approach to helping manage the property at 3335 Ames Street. His attitude, follow up, communication are all very positive so far.
Over the last year there have been glitches, miscommunications and some very expensive maintenance problems at the house that brought some tough challenges in the last tenant transition.
Often those working here in Colorado with Evernest had great results, sometimes not. Lots of situations factored into that, not the least, Covid's impact on services and changes at Evernest Colorado.
It is truly refreshing working with Tim as we get into the 2024 year on this property. Thank you.
