As a sub-contractor, I try to provide fast, quality service. I also like to get paid for my work in the stated time frame. After 3 pay cycles, they have yet to pay for the floor on S. Gilpin St. Looks like the hurry up and get things done! Oh, we always have pay issues when you first work for us. Can't say that I'm impressed with them.

They will take care of you quickly and professionally during hard times, so you shouldn't have to worry about the ordinary days .

My wife and I rented a apartment unit from Newcastle Properties for two years. We had a wonderful experience. Rick, Ben and the team are great people and immediately felt like their were our family.

They forward all of their calls to the answering service during business hours and ignore maintenance requests. They also billed me incorrectly for my rent several times. Don't rent an apartment with this company.
