I love this branch. The two gals always know who I am, remember my name, the kids, and are very friendly. Even better that it's just down the street for me.

Very poor customer service experience opening an account. Ignored multiple emails and phone calls. Very unprofessional.

PNC is an excellent bank I guess they inherited the old banks reviews but I've been a PNC customer for almost 20 years and have had no issues with this branch.
