The hours of operation are incorrect on every web based search. So be sure to take off of work early if you get off at 5pm, because they do too. It states 6pm on Google. Got there at 5:27 and the only thing open is the ATM.

The worst bank I ever banked with. They're always having issues with their online banking app. Can't get any deposit or transactions on Saturday and sunday, sometime it takes up to a week or more for a one transaction to go through. They closed a site that was near me without telling anyone or why they closed. Their card replacement maker is constantly broken. I went and do close both accounts and they only closed one... I never had so many issues with the bank and it's very frustrating.

I like the people that work at the TCF I usually go to, the Arvada location at 55th Ave and Wadsworth. I've had my account for about 17 years. I have usually had a substantial amount of money in my accounts., In the mid tens of thousands, never received a bit of interest, now, they have had the audacity to charge me $4.95 per month check imaging fee on a "Totally free Checking Acct. I'm presently phasing out of TCF.
