        Absolutely horrifying, total scam. Feels like criminal activity. This was the absolute worst banking experience I've ever had in my life. I responded to an online offer, attempted to open an account, was told to open online and then my account was immediately closed for absolutely no reason even after multiple times proving that no fraud was committed. The branch left me on hold so long that I literally drove to the branch while on the phone and they forgot about me. All funds have been displaced and lost in limbo. No tracking provided. No further info. Huge amount of money just vanished. Branch manager held no authority or power. Don't trust big banks, there's a good reason. Complete waste of time.
