Easy to drop off my package

I struggle with giving this even one star because the terrible and rude service, lack of giving a rip about my lost and destroyed personal property, is about a negative three-star rating. Not only did UPS destroy my computer in transit back to me, they have denied the damages claim and now have LOST my computer after they personally inspected it. My personal property and personal data are now out of my hands and possibly in the hands of the wrong people. All of this after UPS package handlers smashed my personal computer in transit then the local driver decided to deliver it to the end of my driveway, in the snow, on the ground. I had to go out and dig around to find it. Extremely frustrated doesn't begin to describe how I feel.

I can't even pick up my own package that I bought an it ended up here, an they held my package hostage an tell me to call the business i got it from an tell them for me to pick it up., all because their drivers can't find the correct location an tell me I got 3 attempts left..?
