      image This ups store location is not functional. I encourage others to go somewhere else for their postal needs. Today I received a text from this store indicating that they had received a package of mine. I went to the UPS store, grabbed my package slip from my po box at this location, and then waited in line for an hour. Once I got to the front of the line where a single employee was working, that employee was unable to find my package and told me to try again another day. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location.

      image I dropped off a mountain bike to ship at the end of the business day. It was scanned at that time but tracking never showed that it was picked up from the facility. I filed a claim and the bike was never recovered. Luckily I had insurance on it
