      image I went for a Passport Photo. Got the photo taken, waited and was then told they had "run out of ink" for the printer. When will you have more? "We don't know" No apology. Then he told me that the Huffman Post Office does them and I should go there - NO THEY DON'T! Left empty handed. I just can't believe that a global company specializing in logistics can't be trusted to have printer ink!

      image We had a great experience working with this UPS branch. After our local UPS branch mentioned they were out of the printer paper we needed for this project, and could not assist us, the Huffman UPS office stepped in to help. We ordered brochure-type Christmas cards and not only did we get a great price and incredible customer service (kind, friendly and professional), they also pre-folded our cards for us (which has never happened in any other UPS store we've ordered these cards from before). Thank you so much for the wonderful experience! We plan on returning next year for our Christmas card order :)
