Alaska Air Cargo

This is a review about this location and not alaska air cargo as a whole. This is the absolute worst alaska air cargo office they have. Ive been to almost every location in alaska and in the United States and this office is by far the worst. If theres a line expect to be standing in it an hour, at least. Today I had to visit twice to pick up my package that was there the whole time, even showed them the receipt, no excuse provided even though I asked. Its every time I visit this particular branch, I honestly feel bad for people in Fairbanks. Why is Juneau, kotzebue, San Francisco, etc etc so much more efficient? Why does it take 45 min to send two packages? In the past, Why did I have to go in the back where they X-ray totes just to stand there while they X-ray them? I can go on and on about my experiences here. The management needs to be loading luggage into planes, or fired, whoever that is. Found out today, the manager wont let you pick up packages at baggage claim anymore after hours. BTW theyre closed Saturday and Sundays. This should be a last resort to send anything.

Fairbanks cargo wouldn't ship my puppy after speaking with a local agent and showing pictures they said it's not an issue. Even after Fairbanks agent declined our local agent couldn't understand why. Horrible customer service and rude agents.
