Ashley is extremely rude and impossible to deal with. She didn't acknowledge that I was even there for how long and wouldn't check the email for a whole 10 minutes just letting me stand there. I told her the specific email my label was being sent from and I'm pretty sure she put some random label on all my return items and shipped them out because when I got home my email said both of those emails were unsent! Hopefully I don't lose all my money for those return items! Don't let this happen to you, don't rely on her to check the right email and make sure your packages are labeled right before you walk out the door. I rushed back there to make sure before 4pm when I was there less than a hour ago at 3 and they said they couldn't do anything about it and the mail was already on the truck. They couldn't even confirm that my label was printed from the email that I had given them multiple times less than an hour ago!
