      image Just toured this complex, the lady in the office was great. She was filling in for Candace. However, the units are very old, run down and is in serious need of remodeling! This price that is being asked should match the level in quality. I really hope they improve this property. It can really be a beautiful place to live.

      Thank you for sharing your feedback. If I am not mistaken you toured one of our standard townhomes because of price range and move in time frame. If you are interested in taking a look at one of our updated townhomes please feel to contact our Leasing Office to schedule a new tour or if you prefer we can supply photos.       image 2bed2bath. This complex is quite, clean and not terribly expensive. In unit W/D and 2 parking stickers. Neighbors take good care of their yard areas, no trash blowing around and bad tenants are handled swiftly. Maintenance and office staff stay on top of any problems that arise. Area is safe for kids and pets. Playground and dog walk on premises.
