Doria Apartments

Well, it took a while for Doria to replace the washer. But once it arrived, the maintenance man did an outstanding job of replacing it.

For one there is no maintenance in the neighborhood and the ones who are here which is one can barley do all the task. We had work order for over a year for maintenance to come to my moms house and get things done but heard nothing. Mold everywhere maintenance just spray paint over it and makes it worse. Havent had a new tub or new dryer in the home over a year. This neighborhood is quickly going to hell and I hate it. Nobody wants to be here. No help no maintenance and no fks giving from the managers that are so called looking close into the issues which they are not. But yet they want rent and bills on time and yall dont have maintenance out here to keep us safe and in a healthy clean home.

Update as much as I love my apartment. They still haven't fixed everything from my initial move in. It's difficult to get Maintenance to do anything. I do like the office staff but maintenance is worthless. I have been here 3 months and have never seen an exterminator so I treat my own home. Grounds are left unkept. Trash all over complex and dog poop.
