Centerville Manor Apartments

I only ever had issues while living at Centerville Manor. Upon moving in, they charged me a pet fee for my ESA cat and continued to charge me a monthly pet rent. They might as well throw their phones away, because they seem to not know how or choose not to answer them. I have been moved out since Feb 24 and I have recently been having to play a game of chase with them to get my security deposit back. They have done nothing but take as much from me as they can, constantly adding random fees and charges - simply because they can and when asked for an explanation they will run you in circles.

Very impressed with the facilities, the management, and the vetting process. Rebecca went out of her way to help with the paperwork and to help us with a quick turnaround lease. She even suggested a great moving company. Lovely experience!

I would like to say that the management team of licie Ye and Rebecca are very professional. They really care about their tenants and the property. Every holiday they take the time to reach out to their tenants with a newsletter, small gift or raffle. This is very appreciated. Whenever I put in a maintenance work order, the maintenance team of Jay and Devon are there when I need them. Our landscaping is beautiful and my apartment is very, very spacious. I have been renting here for two years and I am very happy. I would recommend Centerville Manor as a beautiful place to live.

The team at Centerville Manor has been the absolute best and easiest to work with. Rebecca was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns I had and made the move in process the easiest Ive ever experienced. The apartments themselves are also very nice inside and out, and very affordable. 5 stars are not enough!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Centerville Apartments, and I must say that it exceeded all my expectations in every way possible. From the moment I moved in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service that continued throughout my entire stay. The apartment complex itself is a modern and well-maintained community with beautifully landscaped grounds that create a peaceful and welcoming environment. The apartments are spacious, stylishly designed, and meticulously clean, offering a perfect balance of comfort and sophistication. I have to give a special shoutout to Licie, the Community Manager, whose dedication to resident satisfaction was truly exceptional. Her warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home from day one. Rebecca, the Assistant Property Manager, was also a delight to work with, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns I had. Dre, the Maintenance Supervisor, and James, the Maintenance Technician, deserve high praise for their prompt and efficient handling of any maintenance issues that arose during my stay. They were always quick to respond and ensured that everything was in top-notch condition. The amenities at Centerville Apartments were also a standout feature of my stay. From the well-equipped fitness center to the relaxing pool area, there was always something to enjoy and unwind after a long day. Overall, my experience at Centerville Apartments was nothing short of fantastic, thanks in large part to the exceptional staff and wonderful living environment they have created. I highly recommend Centerville Apartments to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable living space with top-notch service. I look forward to many more memorable moments here!
