BLACK VENDORS BEWARE. This property owes my painting company $600 for a work. Since July of last year. You will have to take them to court. THEY WILL TRY AND DICTATE YOUR BUSINESS PRICING AND GET MAD WHEN YOU DONT agree. They pay for the cheapest paint job so I can only imagine everything else. Be cautious

While the renovations are an okay cover up in this old complex, the rent office is horrible. Ive been here since December and they lost our first months rent, made me do all the footwork to try and find it while they lied and said mine was they only one whose money was lost. Its STILL pending on my account with no answers. Theres no one answering calls and emails. When we moved in, tho everything looked knew and fresh, there was dog hair is the carpets and all over out clothes. The dryer is big enough for three pieces, they wont get dry, and they will be covered in dog hair and lent. Its hot af in my apartment. Even hotter if Im cooking or washing clothes. There is constant shooting, the police is always out here. Trash is everywhere. The lights outside dont work. I spray regularly so the bugs in my unit are rare, but everything else in these reviews are accurate. None of my maintenance request have been answered. The people in the office are never there, Ive watch them take 2hr lunch breaks. There is no way that any of this is acceptable. When you call upper management they send your call back to the same office that never answered the call. Whos in charge?

On Sept 14, 2022 I reported to the manager office that the Security Lights outside of our building of 704 Barrison Way wasn't working they have been very unprofessional an have not turned them on they still aren't on an it's Sept 17,2022. Tis is a Security Breach an they not doing anything to fix tis matter. Them people in the office are very unprofessional an need to be fired. They childish an play games they don't fix none the apartment problems we are having in our apartments.these people that are in Dat office now are thee worse slum lardlord an I'm definitely calling Housing Authority an 10 on Your side because tis is unacceptable. I feel like tis @ first I thought dah new owners was for us , but actually they not, they Soo busy fixing up dah outside of dah building an empty apartments an not fixing dah problems tenants been having in their apartments. An wat I noticed dat dah reason why they not try'n 2 fix people's apartments datz on Section 8 is because they try'n 2 to push dem tenants out by not fixing things an it real sad to kno dat they are being dat bias about people on Section 8. Now another thing is everytyme there's a problem going on their favorite say'n is there's nothing they can do which is is a lie an if something happens to me or my family dat visit while I'm living on tis Property itz gona be a lawsuit. I really thought dah new owners care but as always it's dat fake smile in our faces an behind our backs up they movin like snakes. So jus knowing wat they try'n 2 do I feel like Wavy 10 news should get involve wit dah careless ways they are handling this matter.
