St. Croix Apartments

So where to start...I absolutely love the office staff here. Ariel and Venus know what they're doing, how to handle things professionally, and they actually listen. That's a big one. I've lived in quite a few apartment complexes since moving to Virginia Beach. And this is the first place I've lived where it didn't feel like a hassle to talk to the office. They are always so sweet and so kind. Any issue that we have had was very promptly handled. And handled correctly the first time. The maintenance staff here is immaculate as well. Our locks stopped working and we called the emergency line and had our locks changed and back into our home within 30 minutes. It was also on Mother's Day, and it was still handled incredibly quickly. We also had an issue with our sink, and it was fixed very promptly as well. I would give this place 10 Stars if I could. It's honestly a very quiet community. I never hear any loud music, people actually properly take care of their fur babies here. The playground is nice and clean. I saw someone saying that the workout room bathrooms were disgusting. That's absolutely not the case, the workout room and restrooms are all very clean, anytime me or my husband go in there. The pool is also a very nice size and is always clean. And to put the cherry on top of the cake, they have a beautiful bird pond with the most Pleasant geese. Pleasant geese is not something you'll find just anywhere. Overall, I love st croix so much. I'm very glad my family and I moved here.

This place was horrible maintenance doesnt fix things i moved in plates on wall where nasty because they dont clean them front door was nasty not painted blinds weren't clean fixtures were not changed out seems like they move people in without doing a valid turnaround of the apartment i live out there for a year could wait for my lease to be up also get a new maintenance guy that guy Shawn doesnt do anything but walks around all day never fixes any problems glad i moved

Very relaxing atmosphere outside and very secluded and quiet. The park is great as well, my kids love it. The geese seem less hostile here than what I'm used to as well.
