        We relocated to Virginia Beach 13 years ago to retire after selling our New York cooperative. As seniors, we wanted the convenience of apartment living - close to shopping and public transportation. We also sought a well-managed, tenant-friendly and well-maintained property. After13 years in our apartment, we would (and have) highly recommend Ashbrook, and have also referred prospective tenants. This clean, quiet, pet friendly and well-,maintained relatively small enclave is a very attractive community where residents are considered a priority.
