Please believe the the low stars. Mice and roaches infestation all day. I'm sure after this review someone from here is going to try and defend it by saying they send out an exterminator so many times a month but I am letting you know it's a lie. Obviously you don't have to take my word for it but I just want to be honest with whoever is looking to move here

Gave 2 star, because the apartments do in fact have a roach problem. I have to get my apartment treated 1-2 times a month. Also, the 1 bedrooms are really small and you can hear everything. But, they have descent interior. Not above average, just for a simple apartment. Ashley, the apartment manager is really rude. She can be very condescending at times and always pass off interactions with the tenants to Jessica. She uses the COVID excuse to never even try to meet the customers in person. She may peek through the blinds, but she never provides good hospitality/ customer service. I have never really personally met the lady. Just seen her eyes through the blinds and heard her voice through the door. It's disturbing. One positive thing I can say about management is when I had requests or issues, she did always follow up and execute the requests. The apartments are priced way too high to be small, located by the air base, no balcony, no amenities and frequent roach incidents. Overall, the additional star is because management does follow up with tenant requests (from personal experience) and it is quiet as far as other tenants. If we weren't right by the air base, I would say it is a pretty quiet complex.

I absolutely love it here. Ive been here since June and this is first apartment friendly. To easily fix the bug problem I used combat max from target and it worked like a charm, no more bugs and its good for 12 months. My bug problem was mainly in my kitchen and 1 or 2 in the bathroom. However, I havent had any issues since being here. All of the reviews I never let stopped me cause for one they are old and two everyone story is different. Its really quiet here and of course you hear jets, we are by a base. But dont let that stop you from living somewhere wonderful. Everyone here is nice and the neighbors as well. Everyone just minds their business and doesnt mess with anyone. At night it is very quiet and just want to say dont let old reviews destroy something that could be great for you. I feel so safe here and made a home for myself.

Was going to apply for this place even after the reviews, heard the consultant ashley is not very friendly and unprofessional at times. I took a chance hoping I wouldnt get her and I didnt but the reviews are correct sadly, she was not my consultant, mines was just never really there so guess what.another red flag.the application process was very questionable and bothersome to add which is the reason for the review. I will inform the BBB and parent property as Ive never heard of some of the requirements needed to be met in the DMV area and I worked leasing at high end properties in DC such as the gate hudson properties and they come with strict requirements. During the application process 8 paystubs plus proof of local income and employee verification where requested, when mentioning verified out of state income I didnt receive a response and when all needs where met application was expired 23 days early with no heads uo or follow prior the expiration. All of the units I requested where gone now for my move in date and I would have to start the process over but no guarantee I would be approved again after the first app was approved and no guarantee if i pay a deposit someone else wont be given the unit.couldnt risk it. Request seemed border line personal with the property against prospects and made me feel uncomfortable. Clearly the fair housing agreement act is being bent here so avoid unless you dont mind a hassle to each its own.
