i was shocked by the attitude of the sales-woman in this store. she was rude angry irritated when i just asked her a simple question to clarify if an item was on sale, as they have a confusing array of combinations that can be bought in terms of price. she was raising her eyebrow at me raising her voice and yelling. it was a terrible experience visiting the store. mcdonalds might fire her in less than a day

The customer service is so awful at this store. The people that work there have poor customer service skills, and they are poorly, terribly trained. They act like they do not care, they do not know what they are talking about. I canceled my tuxedo rental and I have gone back three times and COUNTING to get the full refund. The manager acts like she does not know what is going on. O wait, she doesn't! I can understand one time, MAYBE, but four times of crappy service? Come on!!!

I have not even gotten my suit yet and this has been a horrible experience. There is better customer service at McDonald. They are nice but incompetent. The lady told me I needed a 20" shirt I can fit my arm inside of it along with my neck and then she refuses to let me exchange the unopened one for a different size because she measured. The size of shirt that goes with that neck makes me look like the cool aid man. The fact that the measurement is messed up may have something to do with the fact that she was at a severe angle while measuring. Regardless who cares if the shirt doesn't fit I am the one buying it and I feel like it fits just fine(so does my wife) so shut your mouth and do your job. I have been calling since Saturday to find out the status since it was supposed to be done on Friday. Today is Tuesday and I am still trying to call them everyone keeps saying well get back to you but they don't.
